I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center, just a short 15-minute drive from the airport. The value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all basic amenities were provided and that the rooms were cleaned to perfection daily. I especially loved the included breakfast, which had a great variety, including fresh cooked eggs and real espresso.

Everything was just perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Additionally, right across the hotel is a shopping mall, providing convenient access to various shops and amenities.

The elevators at the hotel were not well-maintained and had issues with closing forcefully, causing discomfort and potential injuries.

I recently stayed at Ibis in a great location, close to the bus station and downtown. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities, including hot water and complementary water. The staff was friendly and the hotel had a 7 Eleven nearby.

The value for money at Ibis was excellent. The room was basic but fine if you don't need extra amenities. The location was great, right across from the mall and with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It was convenient to get around Cancun, including the Hotel Zone, although there may be extra transportation costs involved. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent with a good selection of options. One bonus was that we had water in the bathroom during two days of our stay.
